CANTIENICA\u00ae<\/h1>\n

Kennengelernt habe ich die CANTIENICA\u00ae-Methode 2016, als ich monatelang Schmerzen in der Brustwirbels\u00e4ule hatte, die mich in meiner Arbeit als Schauspielerin einschr\u00e4nkten. Nach 3x CANTIENICA\u00ae Training waren sie weg.<\/h3>\n

Seit 2019 bin ich nun selbst CANTIENICA\u00ae Instruktorin, mit zus\u00e4tzlichem Schwerpunkt auf Schwangerschaft und R\u00fcckbildung.<\/h3>\n

I<\/span>ch freue mich \u00fcber jeden, den ich durch dieses Ganzk\u00f6rpertraining zu einem besseren K\u00f6rpergef\u00fchl, einer gesunden Haltung, starken Muskulatur und perfekt ausgerichteten Knochen und so zu Schmerzfreiheit und Sch\u00f6nheit verhelfen kann. Denn genau dabei hilft CANTIENICA\u00ae.\u00a0F\u00fcr mich als Schauspielerin, Frau und Mutter, ist es zu einem essentiellen Tool geworden.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n

SCHAUSPIEL<\/h1>\n

Auf der B\u00fchne stehe ich, seit ich denken kann. Das professionelle Handwerk lernte ich dann an der Theaterakademie K\u00f6ln\u00a0<\/span>und bei verschiedenen Lehrern in Deutschland, London und Los Angeles. Irina Miller, Bj\u00f8rn Johnson, Annie Grindlay, Heike Hanold-Lynch und Jordan Beswick, um einige von ihnen zu nennen. Sie haben mich unendlich bereichert.<\/h3>\n

Ich liebe die B\u00fchne und die N\u00e4he zum Publikum, kann mich aber genauso gut f\u00fcr das Medium \u201eFilm\u201c begeistern, das unheimlich ber\u00fchren und bewegen kann. So (be)lebe ich beides, Theater und Film\/Fernsehen.<\/h6>\n
Begleitet werde ich dabei immer von einem meiner Tools – der K\u00f6rperarbeit.<\/h6>\n
